Games started, last 30 days
Per day, both games.
Pressure over time
Share of the machine in use: CPU (all cores), memory and the disk. A reading every minute; past 24 hours, hourly averages. Live: this page asks again every 10 seconds.
What the server carries
Rooms open (tables with friends), the server's own tables (Play online) and pipes (apps at a table). Past 24 hours, the highest in each hour.
Network and the service's memory
Data in and out of the machine, per second, and the memory the game's service uses (it is stopped and started again at its limit).
AWS cost
From AWS Cost Explorer, fetched twice a day (each fetch costs US$0.01). Today's figure is never complete.
Restart
Stops the game's service and starts it again, which takes a few seconds. Rooms with friends are kept; tables the server runs (Play online) end, and everyone signed in here, you too, has to sign in again. Use it when the server is stuck or its memory keeps climbing.
Usage by device and game
Anonymous counts only: what happened, in which game, on which kind of device. No names, no IDs, no addresses.
Assets
Uploading a file with the same kind and name replaces it. Deleted files stay in the nightly backup in S3.
Player accounts
Accounts players made in the game. Double-click an account (or select it and press Enter) to open it: its matches, leaderboard place and support history, and Email all data or Delete account when its owner asks.

Leaderboard
Players with an account, ranked by online wins (games at tables the server runs, which nobody can fake), then by all wins. Games against the computer and with friends are reported by the apps and the website. This month and today are in Sydney time. Players see the same board in the game (names and counts only); an account marked "off the board" is listed here but not shown to players.

Support requests
Requests from the support page's form (my-empower.com.au/support). Reply by email; a note or Mark done keeps track. A done request goes by itself a year later.
Maintenance
Switching maintenance on turns off the online game:
- No new tables and no new players in Play with friends, in the apps, the browsers and at the Apple TV. Tables already playing carry on.
- The web game shows a maintenance page instead of the table.
- Playing the computer in the apps keeps working, and so do Game Center tables (they never pass through this server).
Accounts
When accounts are required, every game online (Play with anyone, starting or joining a game with friends, Game Center, a table at an Apple TV) needs a free player account. Playing the computer never does.
Premium
When Premium is required, starting a game online (Play with anyone, or a table with friends by code) needs Premium: a player's signed-in account with it, or the app's own subscription. Joining a friend's table stays free, and so does playing the computer.
- Switch it on only once the Premium subscription is approved and on sale in the App Store, or nobody could start a game online.
- Game Center tables in the apps never pass through this server; the apps check those themselves.
Users
The owner adds and removes users. Admins can do everything else; owners can also manage users.
: add this to their authenticator app now (it is shown only once). In the app: add an account, choose Enter a setup key, time based, 6 digits.
